Veronica says that having this certification is important to her for several reasons. “Becoming certified cemented that I know my stuff well enough to help our clients. This certification also makes me feel like I’m helping hold up the agency and that I can do something for the area,” said Veronica. ” I know I still have a lot to learn, but I wouldn’t have been able to pass the test and gain the certification before I started at Center For Siouxland. It shows me just how far I’ve come and how much I’ve learned in the last six months.”
