Center For Siouxland holds monthly Pre-Purchase Workshops. As of Sept. 1, 2021, workshops will be held in-person. The HUD approved course explains the home-buying process. Topics include: your credit report and credit score, loan types, pre-approval process, shopping for a home, the loan process, and what to expect at your loan closing. These classes are FREE thanks to a donation by Availa Bank.
