Eligible Past Due Expenses:
- Mortgage Payments
- Property Taxes
- Homeowner’s Insurance
- Homeowner Association Fees
- Manufactured Home/Lot Rent Payments
- Land Contract Payments*
*Applicants who do not own property but are buying under a legally recorded contract.
