Now that tax season is (mostly) over, we are busy planning for our next big event… Homeless to Home Sweet Home — Whiskey, Wine & Brew Fundraiser.
In the wake of a pandemic, the demand for the resources and support Center For Siouxland offers has only grown. Our annual fundraising event allows us to continue to offer assistance, information, and direction to individuals in Siouxland who are facing hardship.
Please consider a sponsorship, donating an item, and/or attending the event to support programs that are designed to help individuals and families in Siouxland become financially stable, permanently housed, and self-sufficient. Initiatives include:
- Bridges West Transitional Housing for homeless families and individuals
- Consumer Credit Counseling
- HUD-certified Housing Counseling for renters, home buyers, and homeowners
- VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) free income tax preparation program
- Representative Payee services
- Prescription medication assistance
